In 2013, Hayao Miyazaki released The Wind Rises. This feature film was supposed to be his last film, the director judging at the time that he was no longer old enough for this kind of project. Already in 2017, producer Toshio Suzuki revealed that Miyazaki was working on a new project, which bore the name of How Do You Live. The director thought he needed three to four years to write and direct this future masterpiece. We now know what it is, it makes you want to redo all your filmography. The film will be released in Japan in preview on July 14, 2023. No date for a release in France has yet been revealed.
