With his roles as Han Solo in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens and Indiana Jones in Indiana Jones 5, Harrison Ford is already part of the big Disney family. But there are rumors of him joining a new, tightly-knit family, namely Marvel. According to SlashFilm, the now 80-year-old actor was approached by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige to discuss the possibility of resuming the role of Thaddeus Ross, hitherto played by William Hurt, who unfortunately died of cancer on March 13, 2022. As a reminder, Thaddeus Ross is a secondary but important character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. We met him in The Incredible Hulk (2008), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019) and Black Widow (2021). He positions himself as an antagonist to the Avengers. In addition to donning the General’s costume, it would also be possible for Harrison Ford to play part of his role in performance capture, in order to see him transform into the red Hulk. Indeed, in the comics, Thaddeus Ross is also known to become the red Hulk (he’s a Hulk, but in red). We just have to wait for Kevin Feige’s confirmation. In the meantime, we give you the trailer for Black Panther 2:
